A simple way to earn from Stock Token trading.
Deposit USDG into a vault and receive ERC-4626 vault shares. The vault holds USDG and one Stock Token and provides concentrated liquidity for that pair in a Uniswap V4 pool. Trading fees raise the value of every share as they are earned, and a keeper harvests them into the vault.

When required data is missing, sensitive actions stop instead of guessing.
Keeper swaps must land within 1% of the Chainlink price (hard cap 2%) and stay under per-trade and 24-hour limits. Pool deploys wait an hour between each, need the pool within 0.1% of Chainlink, must not lose value at the Chainlink price, and use a wide range only the owner can set.
Owner configures, guardian can only pause, and keeper can only harvest, rebalance and manage the pool position.
Changing the adapter, router, keeper, deposit cap, trade limits or price feeds waits two days in a timelock. Replacing an adapter first unwinds it so nothing is left behind.
Deposits and cash withdrawals open only while US stock markets trade and the Chainlink price is current. They value the vault's stock with a 0.5% spread that stays with existing holders. In-kind redemption works at any time with no spread.
Bought back and burned by fees.
TKV is the TickerVault token. The protocol never mints or sells it. Its only link to TKV is the buyback reserve, which spends its share of vault fees buying TKV on the open market and removes what it buys from circulation in the same transaction.
Protocol growth feeds back into TKV.
The split applies only to trading fees a vault actually harvests, never to deposits or withdrawals.

Held in USDG until swapped for TKV and burned in the same transaction.
A fresh reference price comes before speed.
Stock Token markets follow stock-market hours. TickerVault reads the Chainlink price for each Stock Token, converts it from USD to USDG with the Chainlink USDG / USD feed, and checks the token's own corporate-action pause flag before accepting any price-dependent action.
A deposit proceeds only during US market hours, when the Stock Token is not paused for a corporate action and its Chainlink price is current. While markets trade, Chainlink publishes on every 0.5% move.
From Friday evening to Sunday evening (US time) and on US market holidays from the onchain calendar, deposits, cash withdrawals, swaps and borrows pause until prices resume.
Redeem in kind returns your share of USDG and the Stock Token without reading the oracle.
Pool positions are valued at the Chainlink price, not the pool spot price, so trading against the pool cannot move the share price.
Isolated USDG markets.
Each market lends USDG against shares of one vault. Rates follow a kinked utilisation curve and 10% of interest goes to the treasury. Defaults are 60% max loan-to-value and a 75% liquidation threshold. A liquidation repays at most half of a solvent borrower's debt for a 5% collateral bonus. Liquidations and new borrows wait for a fresh price, so they pause while US markets are closed. Risk parameters and rates can only change after a two-day delay.

Common questions.
What do I get when I deposit?
ERC-4626 vault shares. Their value is your proportional share of the vault's USDG, its Stock Token inventory at the oracle price, and any adapter position.
Where does the yield come from?
Swap fees the vault earns as a liquidity provider in its Uniswap V4 pool. 70% of those fees stay in the vault. The value of your shares also moves with the Stock Token price.
What happens when stock markets are closed?
If the Chainlink feed goes stale, deposits, keeper swaps and new borrows pause automatically. Withdrawals from cash and in-kind redemptions still work.
How do fees support TKV?
20% of harvested USDG fees go to the buyback reserve. The executor swaps that USDG for TKV and the contract burns what it receives in the same transaction.
Has the code been audited?
Not yet by an independent firm. The contracts have a 100-test suite, mainnet fork tests against the live Chainlink feeds and Uniswap V4, and four internal security reviews whose findings were all fixed. An external audit is required before deposit caps are raised.
How does lending fit in?
You can lock vault shares as collateral to borrow USDG while the shares keep earning, or supply USDG to earn the interest borrowers pay.

Robinhood Stock Tokens are not available to U.S. persons and are restricted in other jurisdictions. Check your local rules before using the app.
